Once again, Mondegreen Cafe is proud to be part of Ballarat's Best Pie Competition! After taking home 3rd Place in 2025 with our Apple Sty Pie, we're excited to be back with another delicious creation.

From 1–31 August, indulge in our Off The Wagon Ice Cream Pie!

Inspired by the classic Aussie favourite, Wagon Wheels, this ice cream pie features a buttery sablé biscuit base filled with house-made chocolate ice cream swirled with Mondegreen raspberry jam and chocolate. It's layered with Grounded Pleasures marshmallows and finished with a lightly toasted meringue for the perfect nostalgic treat.
